Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to extend the bid award for one (1) or
more 2018 or Newer Emergency Medical Vehicles to the lowest, most responsive bidder, Horton
Emergency Vehicles at the September 25, 2018 Board meeting. The total cost of this package is
$259,760.00. This price extension was approved by the vendor in the original bid documentation
and confirmed with vendor. We would like to extend it for One (1) vehicle for the Fire
Department. This unit will be funded by their 2019 Approved Capital Budget.
