RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERN-
ING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
DISPOSITION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR
THE TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DIS-
