The meeting was called to order by Dr. Mariah Covey at 1837 hours. 2. 3. 4. 5. Q Minutes from January 2019 were read. January 2019 numbers were presented by Stasia Orlowski. South Bend Animal Control was thanked for the great job they did during the severe cold during January/February 2019. Old business was discussed. A. A date needs to be set to revisit the Dayton Street address due to new developments. B. There are a backlog of hearings that may need to be scheduled for a time other than when the board has it's regular meeting. C. Several changes to the new ordinance from the December 2018 meeting. New Business was discussed. A. Discussion of the old ordinance vs. changes from the October 31, 2018 copy. B. New name needs to be brought up at March 2019 meeting for the board. 7. The board thanked Becky Kaiser for her time serving on the Animal Control Board. 8. Discussion of the next meeting date. A. Next board meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2019 at 1830 hours. 11: Privilege of the floor was given. A. Resident Tina Donica asked several questions regarding the new ordinance. B. Resident Charles Smith had numerous questions regarding the new ordinance, dog fighting and scanners. C. Resident Kim Davis, Becky Kaiser, Ann Rodacious and Jamie Lee also had questions regarding the new ordinance and scanners. Motion to adjourn made by Dr. M.
