RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE DISPOSI-
TION Of LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR THE TRANSFER
OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE
LA`ALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57.
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the
Urban Rene al for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban
Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind. R -57 adopted by the Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966;
and
WHEREAS, t e Urban Renewal Plan calls for the sale for redevelopment by public
or private agencies of all acquired land in accordance with the provisions of
said plan; and

NOW, THERE ORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing
Body of th City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that the Executive
Director oF the Department of Redevelopment is authorized to prepare a Redevelopment
Agreement ind a Warranty Deed(s) for the purpose of conveying said land to the
proposed r developer; and
FURTHER, t at the President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is authorized
to execute said Redevelopment Agreement and Warranty Deed(s) and that the Secretary
of the Commission is hereby authorized to attest said Agreement and Deed(s).
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on
January 21 1972, in the Office of the Commission, Room 1200 County -City Building,
227 West J fferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601.
