RESOLUTION NO. 342
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF
SECOND AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. IND.
R -56 (LG) BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPART-
MENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
LVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
f South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The pending proposed Second Amendatory Contract (herein called the
"Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R -56 (LG),
dated Jul 31, 1968 by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Re-
developme t, (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States
of Americ (herein called the "Government "), is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amendator Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency,
and the S cretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest
the official seal on each such counterpart and the Executive Director is
hereby authorized and directed to forward such counterparts to the Department
of Housinc and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government
together vith such other documents relative to the approval and execution
of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.
Section 3.1 This resolution shall take effect immediately.
