RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN STREETS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL DOWNTOWN
PROJECT, IND. R -66
e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (herein called the
is Agency ") has entered into a Contract for Loan and Grant dated the
December, 1969 with the United States of America for the carrying out
renewal project herein known as the Central Downtown Project, Ind.
WHEREAS, #e Urban Renewal Plan which has been approved for said project calls
for the de ication of certain land area for the purpose of street right -of -way:
NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the
Local Publ c Agency hereby authorizes and directs that the proper petition be
filed and all other necessary action be taken to effect the dedication of said
right-of-way and hereby authorizes and directs its President and Secretary to
sign and execute any and all necessary documents.
