RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND IN THE
LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57
tmuel Jamerson has submitted a written offer meeting the approved minimum
Isposition Parcel commonly referred to as No. 25 -10, LaSalle Park Project,
>7; and
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the acceptance
of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal program for this area; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the qualifi-
cations and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop the land in accord-
ance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and
WHEREAS, the offer of $150.00 by Samuel Jamerson is satisfactory and is not less
than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accordance with the Urban
Renewal Plan, which offering price was submitted to and approved by the Department
of Housing and Urban Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts the offer of Samuel
Jamerson o acquire at a price of $150.00 and redevelop the designated Disposition
Parcel 25 -10 which is known and described as follows:
Lot "B" in the recorded Replat of Lot 1079 in the recorded 2nd Plat
Of L Salle Park, a Subdivision in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 and
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, in
the City of South Bend, Indiana
