RESOLUTION FIXING CONSIDERATION FOR
YANCE OF LAND TO GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAILROAD
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
id the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company entered
ito an agreement on the 2nd day of ���� 1971;
WHEREAS, in said agreement the Commission agreed
t reconvey to Grand Trunk a 10' x 40' strip of land
a utting St. Louis Avenue in the City of South Bend;
WHEREAS, the Commission and Grand Trunk wish to
c arify the amount of consideration for said reconveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission shall reconvey to Grand Trunk
Western Railroad Company said 10' x 40' parcel of land
abutting St. Louis Avenue in the City of South Bend
a described in said agreement for a consideration not
t exceed the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00).
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission held on July 2, 1971, in the
Office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building,
2:27 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
