ESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERN-
NG BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
UTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
ISPOSITION OF LAND AND THE EXECUTION OF WARRANTY DEED(S) FOR
1E TRANSFER OF TITLE THERETO IN CONNECTION WITH LAND TO BE DIS-

WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is carrying out the
Urban Renewal for an area known as the LaSalle Park Project pursuant to the Urban
Renewal Plan for Project No. Ind: R -57 adopted by the Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana by Resolution No. 127 -66 on the 24th day of January, 1966;
