Effective Date
In accordance with Article 7 of the Master Services Agreement dated April 11, 2017 ("Agreement") between
the Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana ("CLIENT") Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
("CONSULTANT"), this Amendment modifies the Agreement as follows:
Change in Services:
Services required under this master agreement will continue to be set forth in individual task orders as
authorized by CLIENT.
2. Change in time of Performance (attach schedule if appropriate):
The period of performance specified under the Agreement is hereby extended through December 31, 20 M
Change in CONSULTANT's Compensation:
Compensation for services provided under task orders authorized under this Agreement will continue to be
established in each individual task order authorized by CLIENT and CONSULTANT.
All other terms and conditions remain imchanged.
