-Major PARC Projects throughout the City
-Potential Walking/Bike Trails
-Riverwalk Connecting the Neighborhoods
-Tree Ordinance (Ecological Advocacy Committee)
-Property Destruction from the Golf Ball on DuBail
4:30 P.M. ZONING & ANNEXATION CHAIRPERSON, DAVIS
1 Bill No. 19-04- Special Exception: 1119 Lincoln Way West
2. Substitute Bill No. 19-15- Approval of the City Administration Effort to Establish a
South Bend Plan Commission Board of Zoning Appeals
Note: Bill No. 69-18- 2610 E. Jefferson Boulevard Zoning Amendment will be heard in Council Portion Only at 7 p.m.
Council President Tim Scott has called an Informal Meeting of the Council which will commence immediately after the
adjournment of the Zoning & Annexation Committee Meeting.
