RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY CONDEMNATION,
IND. R -57, LASALLE PARK PROJECT
S, it is deemed necessary by the Board of Commissioners of the Depart-
evelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, in furtherance of the

FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Department of Redevelopment
of South Bend, Indiana, that in the event an agreement cannot be reached

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner's attorney, Charles W. Roemer,
is directed to file a complaint after said ten (10) day period in the name of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, on behalf of the Department of Redevelopment in the
appropriate Court of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in order that appraisers be appointed
to establish the value of said real estate, pursuant to law.
