referenced bid to you in the amount of $114.00 per truck/per hour.

On February 12 2019 the Board of Public Works opened and read unit price bids for the
above project. The Division of Utilities reviewed the documents and finds the information
correct and complete.
The unit price bids ranked as follows:

The Division of Utilities recommends Award of the contract for the 2019 Trucking of Belt
Pressed Biosolids for Land Application to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Trucks R
Us, Inc. at the unit price bid of $114.00 per truck per hour. The total contract amount shall be
issued as a not to exceed contract based on the 2019 Budget for land application.
The Division of Utilities will appropriate sufficient funds from the Organic Resources Contractual
Services Other Account 641-060-79-6-6 ,
