• Internal knowledge of purchasing and purchasing strategy within VPA as a whole and specifically Facilities and
Grounds

• Analysis of contractor and forestry team costs reveals a need to analyze root cause of the “demand” of tree mainte-
nance
• The City Motto team will continue to do focus groups around drafted city mottos
• Motto finalized by the end of the calendar year
• Fitness Center promotion will be an upcoming project for VPAX and Business Analytics to manage
• There is a need to clarify and work towards the projected break even point/target for the FC (on all related
projects)
• Park Equity and New Location Analysis will narrow focus on key areas, and a deep dive on what is available in those
