RESOLUTION NO. 426
RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 413,
ADOPTED ON JULY 21, 1972
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 413, adopted on
July 21, 1972, authorizing the issuance of Redevelopment
District Bonds of 1972, in the total amount of $3,800,000.00,
is hereby amended to provide that the bonds shall be attested
by the City Controller, rather than by the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bonds, as printed and
issued, reflect this amendment, and that Resolution No. 413
otherwise remains in full force and effect.
Adopted this 15th day of September, 1972.
