No. 413, adopted on July 21, 1972o e RESOLUTION NO. 432 RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 413, ADOPTED ON JULY 21, 1972, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 413, adopted on July 21, 1972, as amended, authorizing the issuance of Redevelopment District Bonds of 1972, in the total amount of #3,800,000.00, is hereby further amended by changing the first sentence of Section 4 on page 6 thereof to read as follows: "Prior to the sale of said bonds, the City Controller shall cause to be published a notice of such sale one time in two newspapers published and of general circulation in the Dis- trict, at least one time in The Indianapolis Commercial, a financial journal published in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, and at such other times in such publications as he determines necessary." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 413 otherwise remains in full force and effect, as amended. Adopted this 17th day of November, 1972. _ r President -- Fred J. He is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Secretary of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (he- rein called the "Local Public Agency "), and keeper of the records thereof, including the minutes of its proceedings; 2. The annexed copy of extracts from the minutes of the regular meeting of the Local Public Agency, held on the 17th day of November, 1972 is a true, correct, and compared copy of the whole of the original minutes of said meeting on file and of record insofar as the same relate to the resolution referred to therein; 3. Said meeting was duly convened in conformity with all applicable requirements; a proper quorum was present throughout said meet- ing and the resolution hereinafter mentioned was duly proposed, considered, and adopted in conformity with applicable require- ments; and all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption of said resolution have been duly fpllfilled, carried out, and otherwise observed; 4. He is duly authorized to execute this Certificate.; and 5. The copy of the resolution annexed hereto entitled: RESOLUTION NO. 432 RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NUMBER 413, ADOPTED ON JULY 21, 1972 is a true, correct, and compared copy of the original resolution referred to in said extracts and as finally adopted at said meeting and, to the extent required by law, as thereafter duly signed or approved by the proper officer of officers of the Local Public Agency and duly published, which resolution is on file and of record. Reso,Tution_ Number 413 required publication in two (2) newspapers for two consecutive weeks. Resolution Number 432 amends Resolution Number 413 by requiring publication of Notice of Sale one time in two newspapers, at least one time in the Indianapolis Commercial and at such time in such publication as the City Controller determines necessary. On motion made by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unanimously carried , Resolution Number 432 was adopted. There being no further business, the meeting was then adjourned.
