0I1Pripas, Donald A. Wiggins has indicated he is about to
retire and enjoy the warm sunshine of Arizona, and
I1PrPtt 8, he has declined re- appointment to the Redevelopment
Commission of the City of South Bend, and
04rrpMB, he has been a member of the Redevelopment Commission
since the year 1963, and has served as President of the Com-
mission five (5) years and Vice President five (5) years during
that time, and
4prpa S, he has left his imprint of the redevelopment of the
CW City of South Bend during that time, and
011prut$, the Commission will not have the benefit of his
experience, his counsel and his advice, and
04prPMS, the Commission and the citizens of South Bend are
indebted to him for his labors and his devotion during his
tenure as a member of the Commission,

mission of the City of South Bend, in regular meeting assembled,
does hereby adopt this Resolution of commendation and thanks to
Donald A. Wiggins for his interest, his work and his endeavors
through the years to make South Bend a better place in which
to live.
