RESOLUTION NO. 504
BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment
Commissioners of the City of South Bend, for themselves,
and on behalf of the citizens of the City of South Bend,
extend to Charles F. Lennon, Jr., their thanks and ap-
preciation for his dedicated service as Executive
Director of the Department of Redevelopment, from
January 1, 1973 to October 1, 1974. His devotion to
duty, his thoroughness, and his humanitarianism has set
an example for the entire staff and his brought the
first phase of the River Bend Plaza to a successful
completion.
The citizens of South Bend are grateful to
him for the hours he has labored on their behalf, and
the technical knowledge he has brought to all the projects
and responsibilities of the Redevelopment Commission.
We wish him continued success in his new
position as Executive Director of the Housing Allowance
Office, Inc., and 'n all future ^,ndeavors.
