RESOLUTION NO. 628
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE FILING
OF HUD FORM 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISI-
TION PRICES ", REAL ESTATE, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN PROJECT,
IND. R -66
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the
City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, reviewed the Real Estate Appraisals
for Acquisition Parcel 22 -4 A to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana
R -66; and
WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for the real estate and irremovable
fixtures as shown on HUD Form 6144, dated January 30, 1973, are in the opinion of
the Commission, fair and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of HUD Form 6144 dated
January 30, 1973, is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on
October 17, 1980, at the office of the Commission, 1200 County -City Building,
227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601
