RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION, EXECUTION
AND USE OF PROCLAIMER CERTIFICATES IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36- 7 -14 -19 allows the Redevelopment
Commission ( "Commission ") to acquire property in declared
Redevelopment Areas and sets forth procedures for such
acquisition to proceed; and
WHEREAS, the South Bend Central Development Area is a
declared Redevelopment Area under I.C. 36- 7 -14 -1 et. seq.;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission as follows:
The Executive Director or Executive Deputy Director of
the Department of Redevelopment are authorized to prepare and
execute the following Proclaimer Certificates for property within
C40 the South Bend Central Development Area on behalf of the
Commission:
1. Proclaimer Certificate relative to
establishment of fair market value for
property to be acquired.
2. Proclaimer Certificate relative to
establishment of fair re -use value.
Adopoted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission on June 14, 1985, in the Office of the Commission, 1200
County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend,
Indiana.
