A communication has been received by the Water Works Department
to the affect that William P. Draper had resigned as Commissioners on eonneet ion
witht he South Bend Dam and whereas it is desirable and agreeable to the South
Bend ManufactLAr ing Company, The Oliver Rhilled Plow Works amd the City Water . Works.
Department that Frederick J. And•erson be appointed to fill this vacancy,THEREFORE!
Be It Resolved by the Board of. Public Works that Frederick J.
Anderson is hereby authorized and permission is granted to take care of all the"
duties incidental to the Commissionership of said dam at anytime that his
.services may be required.
Said Frederick. J. Anderson is further authorized to accept the salary
connected with the Commiss ionership as a compensation and is not to be accounted
for to the City under the conditions of any ordinance new. in affect.
