Board mat in special session at 10: 00 A.M. All members present.
The following bids received and deferred for opening until this
dated for lumber were opened read and awarded as f ol lows: -Cantract awarded to John I.
Schafer Hardwood .Lbr . Co. on basis of White Oak at prices submitted in following bid.

accept an increase- in the
order not to exceed 20% should you
s o desire.

usual wil do out utmost
to make deliveries in strict
acdordance with your requirements .
