Wednesday March 12th.,1919. in regard to request from Safety Board relative to the paving of Kline Street, the Beard instructed the Clerk to notify said Board that this sttett could not be paved on account of property net being assessed high enough would have , to have an 80% petition. Communication received from Safety Board requesting that a hose house be placed on River Park, same read and placed on file. Petition received. from L. P. Hardy of the L. P. Hardy Printing Company -requesting-permissioon to construct a private sewer at the rear iflots - 5-and 6 Taylor's Fiead Addition. The Board granted the same,,the pavement to be relaid by the Street Commissioner and the same to be paid for by Mr. L. P. Hardy. Communication received from Safety Board in regard to Edward Moritz being appointed regular policeman at River Park.
