Board met in special session at -10: 00 A.M. All memberb present.
It was Resolved -by •the -Board •that whereas a special meeting
has been arranged for Tuesday'March,llth., 1919 with the Attorneys and Engineers
of the -Different Railway Companies affected by track elevation in this City
it `was decided by the Board that Mayor F. R. Carson, City Civil_ Engineer F. J.
Anderson, City Attorney T.-W. Slick and G. A . Eil iott President of the Board
-mhouid go to Fort Wayne and Ind IanepolIs, -Indians and ;consult with the different
-departments of these cities relative to legal and engineering questions that
,shall arise for discussion. with the railway representatives at the meeting of
March llth.. 1919. It is ordered by the Board that the above parties keep an
itemized copy of their expenses and render the same to the Board of Rhblic Works
upon their return,
It was ordered by the Board that the draughtsmen in the
Engineering Department should be paid $100.00 per month.
