Board met in special session at 10:00 A.M. Al1 members present,
Mr H. G. Christman, of the H. G. Christman Company appeared
before the Board anci submitted plan for the construction of a; temporary office
building for the Oliver Chilled Plow Works. The Board ordered `the Building
Commission to issue the H. G. Christman Company a permit allowing the construction
of a temporary off ice building for the° Ol i°ver Chilled Plow Works at theirfactory
as perl plans and specifications submitted to the` Board and on file in the Building
Commiss ioner ' s off icb.
