Mr. Thus. Williabs, %member of the C.aunty Commissioners and Mr.
F. L. Dennis appeared before the Board objecting to the County Commissioners erecting
any strueturo under the Colfax Avenue bridge at the intersection of Mill Street, the
matter was discussed with. Mr. D. C. Layton, Street; Commissioner and in as much as the
uermiss.ion. granted to the Gounty Commissioners in the minutes of October 29th. ,1918
on -page 348 of this record was -tentative- only, the matter was left to the County
Commissioners and abutting property owners to dec idd about.
L. Dennis requested a copy of minutes of -meeting of
October 29th. ,1918, the Board ordered clerk 'to supply same.
The- Board decided to have a meeting Thursday December l2th..,
1918 at %: 30 P.U. at whi^h time petit inns on file for improvements for the coming
year would be discussed. Clerk instructed to call members about said meeting.
