Trun.k sewer system, under Improvement Resolution No. 503., In the City of South Bead, Indlana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and no further written remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assosstd in said roll filed September loth. ,1918 is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls with the exception of the,_ following: - The property assessed on the roll to thw Forest Hillier et al at $620.36 is hereby 'reduced $155.09 the same to be paid by the City leaving an assessment against said property of $465.27, and the Board _further find that the, assessment roll filed Sc�atember loth. ,1918 and the final estimate allowed September loth. ,1918 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,, confirmed and , approved as modified. By unanimous consent of the Board the City Controller for ordered notified to with -hold from the amount due L. H.
