In regard to the matter of awarding contract for pavement improve- ment on Portage Avenue from Alley north of Ki n`Street to Nfltkh City Limits, under Improvement Resolution No. 579, the Board deferred °said matter until Monday September 9th.,1918 at i©:00 A.M.
