In regard to the matter of award ing contract for pavement imprevomast
on Portage Avenue from al,ey north of Kinyon Street to City Limits, the same was deferred
until Saturday September 7th.,1918 atll:00 A.M.
Atty C . Crumpac ker appeared before the Board and requested, permission
tg place w.,ter gauge to measure water in St. Joseph River. The Board granted Atty.
C . Crumpac ker who represents the East Race owners, pormiss ion to install a water gunge
on the bridge a,eross the West Race, this installation is not to be permament,.
The Beard awarded the contract for water taps an Portage Avenue between
alley north of Kin.yen Street and City Limits to Wm. H. Burke .
