Board met is special session at 9:30 A.M. All members present.
In regard to the matter of awarding; contract for the pavement
improvement on. Portage Avenue from alley north of Kiz-nyon Street is City Limits,
under Improvement Resolution 'go. 579, 4 was decided by the -Board to defer said,
-matter until Friday September 5th. ,1918 at 11: 00 A.M.
