Board met in regular session at 7: 15 P.M. All members present.
Hear ing had on assessment roll and f inal est imate for - asphalt ie
concrete pavement on Harvey Street from Allen Street to Blaine Avenue, under Improvement
Resolution No. 568. In the C iVy of South Band, Indiana.

strance was filed. The Board. therefore. find that the property assessed in said rolls
filed Augus..:23rd . ,1918 is bene.f itted in the amount of asy�e$sments as shown on said roll..

The following bids were retie ived at 10: 00 A.M. this, 4th. , day of
September 1918 and the Opening of same deferred until this time.

Gentlemen: -
We hereby propose to furnish all material and labor and install the following
in City Hall South Bend.
5-40ft. 38" radiators for locker rosin "over stable complete with valves, Air.
valves and piping. '
Take main line from the present '2" riser now in stable and run same on ceiling
of stable with openings for each raditor, this line to be covered with asbestos
air cell coverings and new connections made to the present radiators now 104ated in
stable, east end of building.
Connect radiator now on hand, in hall on 2nd. floor from steam mein located
in patrol room, and extend Same through wall or, ceiling of looker room now used to
storage:

in your police locker room and detective office, also connect radiator now in hall for
the sum of seven. hundred %nd sixty* five dollars: (765. 00). -
The covering of the pipes in the police squad room or in the police petrol
^room I will cover for the sum of one hundred and seventy-five ($175).
Everything will be done in first-class workleanship.and guaranteed to heat
at the 70 degrees-.

.Furnish one 60 sq. ft. 3 Col. 38" high radiator same to be placed in the
hall just west and running north from locker roam together with ill pipe, fittings,
valves, air valves, labor, Bronzing and covering for the sus of seven hundred Seventen
(0717.00)Dollars. °

ing of the patrol room, I will furnish and put in place the proper size air -
cell -asbestos sectional covering as follows:--- °
