September 1918 to receive opern�i, nd cons id`er petitions of free -holders along the line
of the Portage Avenue Pavement improvement between alley north of xinyon Street and the
City Limits, under Improvement Resolution ion. No. 579, for the purpose of designating other

being filed by 10: 00 A.M.,. this meeting adjourned until 1:30 P.M. this.4th., day of
September 1918
Agreements in duplicate presented by the Chicago, South Bend &
Northern Indiana Railway Company were presented to the Beard , in regard to extension
of their tracks on Portage Avenue, same placed an file, to be eonsidered later, when
c cntraet is awarded and approved.
