July 9th.,1918,-. The Board deferred the award i g of the contract for sewers in Marqu4tte Park Add. until Tuesday July 16th.,1918..at 10:00 A.U. Also awarding of contract for grading of Miami Street from Ewing Avenue to the City Limits. The Board ordered the City Engineer for prepare ress olut ion for grade, curb and walk on Benton Court. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for water c onneet ions on Harvey Street from Allen Street to Blaine Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 574. In the City of South Bend, Indiana, Roe olved, that notices as to the assessments as required by law, be published on the 16th., day of July 1918 and on the 23rd. day of July 1918 in the South Bend Daily Tr ibune, stating that this Beard will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments lat its office in the City Hail on the 31st. , day of July 1918', at 7:15 P.
