B la ine Avenue of Tex is o Asphalt for Trinidad Lake Asphalt was discussed by the Board.
with Mr. E. A. Coates, Vice Pres. of the Williston Construction Company Attorney
U. & Oare and Mr I. Van Trump chemical engineer for inspection of asphalt pavement in
this City. The Board after due ' c ons iderat ion deferred this matter until Wednesdaiy

In regard to meeting called for this time for change of asphalt
pavement on. Baline Avenue and on Harvey Street from Trinidad Lake Asphalt to Tox-ic*$
it was decided to defer this matter until Thursday June 20th.-;1918 at 7:30 P-M-
