Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members pies;ent.
Bearing had on assessment roll ancl- final estimate for Trunk .sewer
on Portage Avenue and across Wood Tract from the St. Joseph River to Portage Avenue
and Portage Avenue from Keller Street to the north line of Seca 34 Twp. 38 N. R. P- E.
under Improvement ?resolution 'No. 502 adopted_ by the Board'of Public.Works March ?Cth.,
1917, in the City df South Bend, Indiana. °
• In the above matter a number of property ownerd appeared and remdn
stranced against their assessments, but no written remonstrances were filed. The
Board therefore find that the property assessad in said roll filed May 23rd.,1918
is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board
further find that the assessment roll filed May 23rd. ,1918 and the final estimate
allowed May 23rd. ,1918 should,be and the same is hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved. °
