Dr. Freyermuth of the City Health Board appeared before this Board tnd the matter of a City hospital was discussed. No action taken. T4e.Central Union Tel. Co, ordered to move pole owned by their company and locatedInalley at rear df 009 So. Olive Street. The same to be reset at once. Remonstrance received read and placed on file against pavement improvem* on Dayton Street, Remonstrance received, read and placed on file against pavement Improve- ment on Bartlett Street. The .Board ,ordered that the Indiana & Michigan Elec. Co. be notified to install 80 C. P. lights in alley between Meade Stre*t mind Kaley Street on Huron Street. Dr, C. H. Mayers, Willis A. Bugbee and Attorney Sche,1linger met with the Board and took up matter of opening of highway known as Meade Street through their property from ,Sample Street to Ewing Avenue. The Board advised the above meAtioned parties that they would.investigatepthe same and hold a hearing on same. The Board ordered that the Indiana & Michigan Elec . Co. be ordered to place a 80 C. P.-Light at corner of Thomas k Maple Streets. The Board ordered the Building Commissioner to get bids for her.t ing' of City Council Chambers by radiation. Renewal certificate filed by the American Surety Company of New York for Excavation bond of Kuehn. -Jordon-Company, also L. H. Webster# were approved by "the Board. Renewal c ert if it ate of Harvey L. Hager excavation bond f it ed by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, was approved by the Board. The Board instructed the Clerk to r4quest Attorney T. W.'Slick to call up Attorney H. A Wair and go over papers on Ernsperger Street grade, curb and walk and give opinion to the Board. D. C. Layton, Street Commissioner appeared before the Board and to©k u�3 matter of increase in salary for inspector Wm. Seifer, also increasing price for use of one horse in Street department to $1.75 per day.' The same was not allowed, by the Board. Tuesday l,y 21st. .1918. Continued.
