Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M..Mr. John F. De Haven
absent.
Deferred hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate far
pipe sewer on Dayton Street from Marine Street to 'allay west of Leer. Street, under
Improvement Resolution No.. 563. In the city of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Ard therefore find that the property essessed in said
