regard to inspection of sew asphalt pavement.
it was unanimously approved by the Board that Mr. Van Try be ordered:
to c ont inue under this Board on the same terms and conditions that lie was paid before
in the capacity of asphalt inspector on new improvement work.
Contractors bond for the sum of ,One Thousand Dollars filed by Alex
Bukows k i was approved by the Board.

was filed with the Board for the month of March 1918.

Daily Tribune, stating that this Bo rd will give a hearing on the amount of such assess-
ments at its own office in the City Hall on the 17th. , day of April 1918 at 7:15 P.M.
Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be
accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th.,day of April
1918 and on the 16th.9 day of April 1918 in the South Bead Daily Tribune, stating that
this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its off i e in the City

on the amount of the assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 24th,, day
of April 1918 at 7:15 P.M.
