Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to ratify the award of one (1) Brush
Cutter Compact Excavator to Bobcat of Michiana who submitted the lowest responsive and
responsible quote. This quote was opened on October 23, 2018 by the Board of Public Works
("Board") and was accidentally awarded by Central Services to the lowest quote. The award is
now being ratified by the Board consistent with Board protocol.
The total purchase price of $6,451.28 will be funded with proceeds from account 201-1101-452-
4302. Listed below is the quote received for your review.
