Per the attached RCO #022, add $760.00 to modify two (2) exhaust fans and associated ductwork per RFI4038.
Per the attached RCO #023, add $8,310.00 to provide labor, material and equipment to install IT/Data.
Per the attached RCO #024, no change in cost to revise the lighting on the lower level.
Per the attached RCO #027, add $3,062.00 to provide labor, material and equipment to remove unforeseen plaster ceiling, suspened ceiling
tile and grid location on the ground floor level per RFi 002.
Per the attached RCO #028, add $460.00 to provide labor and material to install R-13 foil faced insulation in west gable end wall per RFI
037.
Per the attached RCO # 029, add $11,272.00 to provide labor, material and equipment to remove stone for two (2) new openings per
referenced drawings. Base price is to use Tublite 14000 series Kynar White fixed windows. Glass to be 1" clear insulated withmuttons.
The original Contract Sum was $ 907 000.00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ 83,126.00
The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $ 990,126.00
The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 23,864.00
The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $ 1,013,990.00
The Contract Time will be increased by Zero (0) days.
The new date of Substantial Completion will be March 22, 2019

I have reviewed the following Change to Erskine with the City of SB and have outlined a Change Proposal
for your Electrical Sub to price:
Erskine IT/DATA Change Request:
Please provide a price to install the following per the attached proposed plans. Scope to include:
1. W.A.P. (Wireless Access Point) Interior mount: 2 locations: one at the Lower Level (Sheet A1.1)
and one Main Level (Sheet A1.2)
2. W.A.P, (Wireless Access Point) Exterior Mount: 2 locations: one at the north porch and south
elevation (Sheet A1.2)
3. Cat 6 data outlets: Provide home runs Cat 6 wiring from Rack to IT/Data outlets and each WAP.
Outlet to have 2 data ports per box location with terminal ports for users to plug-in (either POS
system registers, HVAC control, etc). Provide locations as shown on attached Sheet A1.1, A1.2
and A1.3
C. Install Data Server Rack (Rack provided by Owner) in Basement in Mech Room G06, lower level.
Include dedicated 120v, 20A circuit to this rack for power.
5Owner (City) will provide switch, W.A.P. devises for contractor to mount.

Please see attached. This price is for modifying the two exhaust fans and associated ductwork per
RFI #038. As previously discussed/sketched, this includes mounting the fans on the floor of the 2nd
floor mechanical room to small, fabricated exhaust plenum boxes. The exhaust from the fan will run
to the West out the sidewall. The exhaust from the restroom to the fan will go through the floor and
will have a grille installed in the restroom ceiling. We could not use the grilles that came with the
fans since it is plastic and will only work if attached directly to the fan. The total is $684.44.
Breakdown is as follows:
• Stalker's Sheet Metal: $616.00
• Subcontractor Mark -Up (+10% Gross): $68.44
Total: $684.44
Grilles have a lead time of approximately 4 weeks from date of order. Grille color is WHITE. Cut
sheet is attached.
