The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on February 12, 2019, approved the above
referenced Change Order for an increase of $12,862, plus an additional seventy (70) days,
bringing the current contract amount to $88,414 and the new project completion date to March
15, 2019.

Our µprice for the Construction Change Directive 1-3 is as follows. Once
these items are approved, a completion date can be given after delivery dates are
confirmed. I have already authorized the change for the casework because of the
long lead time, that material should be ready for installation 1-11-19.
