Property owners met with the Board as not if ied in regard to the
washing out of Ist, alley north of East Fox Street from St. Joseph Street to north of
Carroll Street, and the. matter was discussed, and was finally deferred * indef initely
until the Board decides to call `another meeting. The National Lbr. Company and Mr. J.
W. Paxton filldd to appear, Knepper and Knepper were not notified.
The Board instructed the City Engineer to take the matter of building
a wall along creek in Springbrook Park up with the City Attorney ma.thewhat right -the
City has to go ahead with said improvement. - .
