John Voorde Ch erson Committee This Executive Session was called pursuant to Indiana Code§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B)for the of theWhole discussion regarding"strategy in relation to pending litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing". Tim Scott Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott,Jake Teshka,Karen White, First District John Voorde,Oliver Davis,Regina Williams-Preston,Sharon McBride,Jo M.Broden, Regina Williams-Preston Gavin Ferlic and Council Attorney Bob Palmer. Second District This is to certify that only the subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that Sharon L. McBride contained in the December 31,2018"Notice"which lists the agenda item"Council Third District discussion on wiretapping case". Council President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. Jo M.
