'Board met ist regular hearing at 7:15 P.M. All members present..
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipesewer

on Sorin Street from Arthur Street to Walsh Street, under Improvement Resolution
No.. 556.,In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon*
strance was filed. The Board hherefore find that the property assessod-in said
roll filed January 2nd.,,1918 is benefitted In the amount of assessments as shown
on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January
2ad.,1918 and the final estimate allowed January 2nd.,-1918 should be and the
same are hereby in all things ratified,, confimed and. approved, with the under-
standing that the City Controller be notified to with -hold from funds owing
Hoban & Roach the sum of $100.00 until further notice from the Board. The same
recommended by the City Engineer on account of condition of street.)
