Urey, Sexton of the City Cemetery appeared before the Board and presented the following .communication. The Hon. Board of Public Works, South Bend, Ind . , _ Gentlemen:s I believe it necessary to purchase a set of accountabooks for ou`r, office and ask your consideration. -_- Respectfully, . G.M. Urey, Sexton. The Board ,after due consideration instructed Mr. Vrey to purchase the necessary books for the keeping of the cemetery accounts. The Board ordered that John Schyminski be appointed as an assistant to Mr. Geo. M. Urey in the City'Cemetery at a salary of Eighteen ($18.00) per Week. I Bond of James Luther Superintendent of the City Suter Works for the sum of Five Thousand (5,000.00)Dollars was filed with the, Board.
