Board met in special session at 10:00 A.U. All members present.
This session being held instead of 10: 00 A.M. Tuesday as same was Christmas Day.
Guarantee bonds filed on pavement on Niles Avenue, Seward Street,
and Harter Heights by The Williston Construction Company and bond an Dubail Avenue
pavement improvement by The White Construction Company referred by the Board to the
City Attorney for invest igat ion, o
Mrs. Zeigler appeared before the Beard in regard to in error
in account with Water Department, this matter referred to the Water Department .
Mr..Dunklin representing the Goo. Cutter Company met with the Board
and presented Uill for street, sign patterns ordered sometime ago. The Beard instructed
Mr. Dunklin to have said bill revised and they would consideb settlement of same,
and report at regular session to be held at 7:45 P.M. this 2CA. day of December 1917.
