In Witness Whereof, the Indiana Lumber and manufacturing Company has
hereto -affixed its corporate seal and caused this plat to be signed by its President, this

Communication received from John! A. Hibberd in: regard to assessment
on private alley for pavement on alley aorth of ,Washingtozi Avenue between William St.
and Taylor Street. The same was referred to the City 4ngineirr for investigation.
In.regard to awarding of contract for pavement an Jefferson Blvd.
from Michigan Street to west line of Bridge over the St. Joseph River , the Board
deferred action on this matter until Tuesday December llth..1917 at. 10: 00 A.M.-
The Board instructed the Building Commissioner to have a storm
�wiadoe► placed on Chief of Police office window. Price received on sameas follows:®

Engineer filed assessment roll sad of awards of damages and assess—
ments of benefits under Vac st ion Resolution No. 43. The Board has ordered that notices
of such awards of damages and assessments of benefits be served by the polies department
according to law and that a hearing hd had on the llth. day of December 1917 at 7:45 P.M.
for the purpose op hearing and receiving objections of anypersons interested in said
matter.
