Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2012
The June 25, 2012 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 6:20 p.m. in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Schey, Dr. Fred
Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, and White, and Council
Attorney Kathleen Cekanski- Farrand.
The Executive Session was called pursuant to the June 21, 2012, Notice of Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to (B) initiation of litigation
or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened in writing, pursuant to Indiana
Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) (copy attached)
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that
contained in the June 21, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session ".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:46 p.m.
