The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on January 22, 2019, approved the
above referenced agreement for the implementation of the self-service export module
for an Applicant Tracking System in the amount of $2,400 (one (1) time fee of $1,500
plus $75/month).

We are submitting for review and approval this agreement with MyStaffingPro for the
implementation of a self-service export module and for the related license fees for 12 months,
MyStaffingPro is the City's existing applicant tracking system. This module will allow the City's
HR team to export new hire data from MyStaffingPro so that it can be imported into Kronos
HRIS.
There is a one-time fee of $1,500 for the implementation of the export module and a fee of $75
per month for licenses for 12 months. The total amount for this agreement is $2,400.
