Re: [EXTERNAL] Annual USGS Agreement
Michelle. I'm on furlough because of the lapse in government funding to my agency and am only replying to this as an
emergency situation.
In the interest of expediency, please consider the sign by date on the transmittal letter to be optional and that the
council can consider at their next meeting.
Regards,
Paul Buszka

Hi Paul,
As with every other year, I am writing because it was not possible to get the USGS Agreement with the
City of South Bend signed before the date of January 15Y listed in the agreement. Could you please
provide an email that I can include with the Agreement when it goes to our Board of Public Works saying
that it does not have to be signed by that date, but at the earliest possible time? Our next meeting is
scheduled for January 22"d
Thank you,
